So long as the hardware supports Windows 10, so there should be no reason not launch "Win 10" drivers and possibly new bios for AW laptops that are older than 2015 version Aw laptops. Will Dell launch drivers for the penultimate version of the Alienware laptops or perhaps even older Alienware laptops that can use Windows 10? Exciting to see what's going to happen. Even pirate versions of previous Windows operating system can be upgraded to Win 10. Windows 10 is a free operating system for absolutely everyone as long as the hardware supports new Win 10.

Windows 10 drivers and possibly bios update relating to previous AW laptop versions. Not al my machines updated so I did it manually using the ISO tool from MS. Some have updated already, but some haven't. Not everyone has the update in their hands yet. I'd really like to know in more technical detail, exactly what the hang up is here. But I'm having to sit here and wait, until whenever. But some of the concessions were enough to have me consider Windows 10. In any case, I'm still on Windows 7 here, largely because I hated the Metro UI in Windows 8. If it's something as simple as the Alienware control center won't work until it gets updated, we could live without that for a few weeks. But they're being notoriously non-descript in the message there.
Given that many people who would buy these, aka gamers are not technically illiterate, some issues we could work around, and in any case as to loading now or it doesn't look hopeful, the devil is in the details.
